Every Saturday from 1-3pm on the Burdekin Rooftop, enjoy Sydney’s best bottomless brunch and drag show, Spritz or Swallow! Mynx Moscato is your main host, providing entertainment, sass and glam along with a special guest each week.

With two packages available at amazing value, this is sure to be your next fun day out with friends, killer date idea, or afternoon to impress your mum.

Got something to flaunt? Strut to win a bottle of Mezza di Mezzacorona sparkling wine! This fun friendly catwalk comp is open to all our Spritz guests.

If you’re a little too dusty to go for the package option, you’re welcome to stay on our rooftop and enjoy free drag entertainment.

If the weather turns against us, we head inside and the show goes on! 

Guests are announced each week on the Burdekin Rooftop instagram. Some of our previous celebrity guests include include Yuri Guaii, Elliott with 2 Ts, Sam T, and Hannah Conda!

How to book

We highly recommend booking in advance for the Spritz or Swallow Bottomless Brunch experience – although we do accept walk-ins if there is space.

To book:

  1. Hit the ‘BOOK ROOFTOP’ button on the top right of this page.
  2. Choose your preferred Saturday date in the calendar, find the 1pm timeslot with ‘Drag Show’ on the button. 
  3. In the next step, you can choose to upgrade from the $69 to the $99 package for just one person, or multiple.

Note: if you just wish to see the drag show and enjoy something from our regular menu, you can come up to the Rooftop without having to make a booking. We will only accommodate you subject to availability however, with priority naturally given to our Spritz or Swallow customers.
